annie’s essentials
cannabis specialist. cyclist. culture connector. annie moves through life at her own cadence—one that values joy, intention, and collective energy.
whether she’s guiding someone through their first cannabis purchase or biking 75 miles for a cause, annie shows up with warmth and purpose. her rituals are grounded in motion, advocacy, and staying curious about what connects us.
“biking, weed, gifting—it’s all love,” she says. “it’s how I move through the world. with care.”
inside the bag: gifts, gears, and green
her everyday carry is a toolkit for movement and meaning:
A hai. pineapple fizz vape for upbeat, joyful energy before a long ride
a few hand-customized lighters—her signature gift, usually adorned with stickers, rhinestones, and inside jokes
hai. soap for staying refreshed after a long sunny bike ride
a few rolling essentials for her letting go on her lunch break at work
a film camera for capturing special moments with friends
hello kitty lipgloss
cycling as ceremony
for annie, biking is more than sport. It’s ritual. it supports her mental health, keeps her emotions in motion, and connects her to people who care. whether she’s attending a cycling event or casually riding across brooklyn to decompress, her bike is always part of her process.
besides her feats of riding from princeton, new jersey to new york city fundraising for HIV/AIDs, annie recently attended a women’s ride out sponsored by throne. with her pineapple fizz in hand she can keep clarity and joy at the forefront.
“it keeps me soft and strong at the same time,” she says. “i go hard, but i stay present.”
at the dispensary, annie brings that same energy. she’s not just selling flower—she’s translating it. helping people find what works for their lifestyle, their mood, their ritual. she gets excited about terpene profiles, local growers, and new product drops—and always makes time to break it down without gatekeeping.
“everyone deserves good weed and better information,” she says. “i love being part of that.”
joy is the destination
for annie, the ride is the ritual. her bike is freedom. her lighter is a gift. her vape is a breath in the middle of it all.
she doesn’t overthink what she carries—but everything has a purpose. each object in her bag reflects how she moves through life: intentionally, joyfully, and always in motion.
“my essentials aren’t about packing light,” she says. “they’re about carrying what connects.”
